Guidelines for your upcoming move
Moving into a new home comes with a number of different responsibilities. Make your move as seamless as possible by reviewing the checklists below; these checklists provide answers to some of the questions we hear most frequently from our tenants.

FIRST MONTH'S RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT
Your deposit is due 24 hours after application approval to secure the property. The first month's rent is due on or before your lease start date. Confirm the amounts with our team in advance.
MOVE-IN DATE & INSPECTION
A move in inspection will be performed on your behalf prior to move in. Your lease gives you 4 days after taking possession to make any amendments.
The utilities you are responsible for are must start in your name no later than your lease start date. Keys will not be issued until our team has confirmed successful transfer.
Notice of Intent to Vacate
Ready to leave your residence? Please provide us with written notice of your intent to vacate the premises. This will allow us to begin preparing for the next occupant. Refer to your lease for questions regarding the length of your stay.
You are responsible for returning your rental home to us in the same condition in which you took occupancy. Please download the full checklist to make certain you address all of the tasks on your plate.
The security deposit you pay at the outset of your lease protects against any damage that could occur during your stay. After you vacate the premises, we will perform a final inspection to check for damage. If we identify any problems during this visit, we will schedule repair visits and have all expenses deducted from your deposit.
The remainder will be returned to you with an itemized statement.
