Out of state work transplant life is very hectic, unknown obstacles hidden everywhere. Kelly worked hard and fast to get us into a perfect house that was move in ready when we arrived and the transactions were clear and so easy. Smart move has been taking care of our investment property for two years now! We have always felt completely at ease with everyone who works there and they always answered questions and did it with a smile! They also are cheap and have a great maintenance program! We plan to use them for as long as we can!

We had an issue suspected gas leaking, but this management company promptly arranged for the gas company and a plumbing contractor to come and address this issue.

I would give Kelly and SMPM 10 stars if I could! We were definitely selective when it came to finding the perfect rental unit, so we spoke with many property management companies. Unfortunately, some were hasty and not very friendly. Moving from out of state is already nerve-wracking, but Kelly made the entire process so much easier and truly put my mind at ease.
