What does being a part of the Resident Benefits Package mean for you?

When renting a property, the resident is expected to maintain the filters while under contract. But it's hard to remember to purchase the filter at the store, as well as the sizes to buy. So Smart Move Property Management will have the filters delivered straight to your door. You just have to switch out the filter upon receiving the new filter.
HVAC Filters
Smart Move Property Management has teamed up with a local pest control company to get you pest services. Simply call the number we provide you and they will come out to help with your everyday creepy crawlers, remove a flying insect nests and more. No need to even put in a work order, just deal directly with the exterminator.
Pest Control
Smart Move Property Management has invested in software that will allow the resident to text into our office We realize that many residents prefer to text and not email, so we added this service to allow you to communicate with our office in your preferred way.

The package is a $35 monthly bundle added to your lease. It covers renters insurance, credit reporting for rent payments, pest control, furnace filter delivery, a bi-annual repairman visit, a 24/7 emergency line, and Resident Portal access.

Filters in the right size for your home are delivered straight to your door on a schedule. When one arrives, swap it with the old filter. Regular filter changes keep your air clean and your heating and cooling running well.

Renters insurance is required for every resident. If you provide your own qualifying policy, talk with our team about how that works with your package. If you don't provide one, coverage is included through the package automatically.
