Property Management a Smart Move

Smart Move is a small team on purpose. Five people manage roughly 225 homes across Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, and Garden City, which means the person who answers your call knows your property, not just your account number. Everyone on the team is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and two of us hold EPA Lead-Safe certification, which matters on repair work in the Treasure Valley's older homes.

How the Team Works Together

Every home gets the whole team, not one overworked manager. Andrea sets the standards and works directly with owners on the decisions that matter. Kelly runs leasing, from marketing and tenant screening through renewals. Tamara coordinates every repair, emergency, and turnover with our vendor network. Ian keeps applications, move-ins, records, and our twice-yearly maintenance walkthroughs on schedule. Jennifer keeps the systems behind all of it running smoothly.
