We specialize in long-term residential management, so we typically do not manage short-term rentals, mid-term rentals, furnished rentals, apartments, mobile homes, owner-occupied homes, room rentals, commercial spaces, or most pre-1978 properties.

If a resident placed by Smart Move does not complete the initial lease term, we will re-market and re-lease the property without an additional leasing service charge.

You only pay for leasing when we deliver results.
Our leasing charge is not charged until we successfully place a qualified resident and the lease is executed.

Our monthly management service charge is based on collected rent, which means our success is directly connected to yours.

We initiate owner disbursements no later than the 15th of the month, provided rent has cleared, required reserves are funded, and there are no unresolved accounting holds.

If a resident placed by Smart Move must be evicted for nonpayment, we will coordinate the eviction process and waive our internal eviction coordination charge.
