Kelly keeps properties running smoothly, residents supported, and owners confident in their investment. She is a proud member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and brings more than seven years of property management experience to her role.
As a Property Manager, Kelly oversees her portfolio from lease-up through renewal. She markets available homes, coordinates tenant screening, prepares and reviews lease documents, and keeps the leasing process on schedule. Once a resident moves in, she takes the lead on communication, lease compliance, rent collection, and renewals, along with the many questions that come with managing a rental home. She works closely with owners to share updates, address concerns, and give them what they need to make good decisions about their property.
Kelly is proactive, calm under pressure, and quick to sort out whatever the day brings. Whether she is placing the right resident, working through a lease issue, or making sure a small detail gets handled, she is focused on responsive service and a good experience for owners and residents alike.
When she is not managing properties, you will probably find Kelly on the court in her women's volleyball league.

Where Smart Move Works
Smart Move has managed rental homes in the Treasure Valley since 2005. What started as one house, the home our founder and her husband had just moved out of, is now roughly 225 homes across Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, and Garden City.
Staying local is a choice. Knowing what a three bedroom rents for in Kuna, how long a home in Eagle usually sits before the right applicant turns up, and which parts of the valley fill fastest comes from working here for two decades. That knowledge sets the rent, writes the listing, and shortens the vacancy.
The first ten owners came from friends who took a chance on us. We still manage one of those original homes. The standard has held since then: be the company we would want to hire for our own investments.
